In the most pastry shops you'll find small, beautiful cupcakes with cream and fruits. I have my favourite one with extremely delicious cupcakes. At home, I had short cake cups for cupcakes so I tried to copy. Here, you'll find extremely simple, fast and delicious vanilla sauce/cream for cupcakes. I bet you can use it also for different baking.

Lemon-ginger salmon tartar with quail egg.

Salmon tartare is a soft appetizer, where everything depends on fish freshness and quality. Salmon tartar can be prepared with raw or cold smoked fish. This recipe includes raw fish with delicate lemon and ginger flavors served with quail egg.

Winter pumpkin soup

Pasta with pistachio sauce

Pesto (famous Italian sauce can consist of many seeds or nuts; pistachio pesto is one of my favourite. If you have got a blender, preparing of this dish is an express one. The recipe comes from my friend and now is in my regular menu.

Blackberry tart

I made this tart in early spring, when it was still cold outside. I had some blackberries in my freezer, from my boyfriend's mom garden. I thought about the simplest tart with these fruits. Everything to remind myself sunny and warm summer.  

Strawberry sponge-cake with cream and jelly

Classical strawberry sponge-cake with cream, jelly and bunch of juicy strawberries. One of the best choices for hot summertime, is simple to prepare and can have as many variations as many fruits available. Strongly recommended.

Sorrel soup with egg

Sorrel soup served with an egg reminds my childhood and summertime. As a kid you don't like it but later on you start to appreciate.  I remember picking the sorrel on fields near the forest, now I rather buy it on the local market. It's worth to remember that dish, reminds times when different sorts of food were not so accessible as today.

Cream of aspargus soup with chicken and cheese

Very graceful vegetable is asparagus. You can use it many exquisite dishes. Cream of asparagus soup is a big challenge. Major mistakes are often insipid taste, no decided flavors and bad consistency.  The additives decide about its flavor as their purpose is to extract delicate asparagus taste. This dish is very nourishing and believe me one bowl is enough for dinner.
