Homemade rafaello pralines

After making a milk sandwich dessert, recipe here, I knew that this milky filling would be perfect for making Rafaello. These small candy balls are milky-coconut flavour, extremely sweet and the best when served cooled. It's very simple recipe which I can strongly recommend.

Snickers cupcakes

There was a family order for these muffins, so here they are. Cupcakes often are small masterpieces, there are a million ways to make and decorate them. When the genuine butter comes on the table, you have to cook them. My favorite cupcakes are chocolate ones, and here you find snickers variation here.  Because of added snickers pieces, our men are real fans of these cupcakes. My inspirations are  here and, as usual here, for caramel sauce.

The simplest lemon Easter cake

The simplest Easter cake with lemon flavor to make but not only for Easter.  Good for every occasion, it’s fluffy and keeps its freshness for a long time. Strongly recommended when your time for food preparation is limited.

Italy: Tiramisu

Tiramisu is one of the quickest classical desserts to prepare. For this sponge cake we have to book half an hour only and then long time for cooling. Probably, Tiramisu comes from Italian Treviso city. The original recipe can be found here. I also used my bible of desserts to prepare this delicious cake. Taking couple of simple rules into account can turn Tiramisu dessert into a piece of cake.
