Fromage with garlic

In Poland all the people from my generation remember small cube of cottage cheese with garlic packed in silver paper. Today you can find it on the shop shelves but the question is if it still contains garlic, genuine butter? The answer is simple. This cheese is one of my childhood's tastes with the memory of my mother making homemade 'fromage'. Simple is perfect.

Ingredients:
  • cottage white cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons cram (30% fatt)
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
Genuine butter and white cheese

Crumble your cheese with fork, add soft butter (room temperature) and cream. Add minced/chopped garlic. Spice it with salt and pepper. Mix all togeter with blender to get cream, soft consistency. Serve with crispy bread. You can garnish it with fresh basil or chieves.
