Pumpkin soup has a lot of version, sweet, hot, curry... All of them delicious! My friends say that this one reminds of Christmas because of gingerbread flavor. Recommended for cold, winter days.

Ricotta hotcakes
Very simple recipe of Nigella Lawson from the book "Forever summer" for tiny, fluffy hot cakes.
Pasta with pistachio sauce
Pesto (famous Italian sauce can consist of many seeds or nuts; pistachio pesto is one of my favourite. If you have got a blender, preparing of this dish is an express one. The recipe comes from my friend and now is in my regular menu.
