The simplest lemon Easter cake

The simplest Easter cake with lemon flavor to make but not only for Easter.  Good for every occasion, it’s fluffy and keeps its freshness for a long time. Strongly recommended when your time for food preparation is limited.



Ingredients:
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 1,5 glass of flour
  • 0,5 glass of canola oil
  • 1,5 tea spoon of baking soda
  • 1 glass o sugar
  • 1 lemon  flavor  (or orange)


Pound eggs with sugar to obtain uniform mixture. Add flour, baking soda and oil, mix it together and add lemon flavor.  Pour the finished dough to the mould. Bake in 356 F (180oC) 45-50 minutes for bigger moulds, for smaller cups, the baking should be shorter.
