The
simplest Easter cake with lemon flavor to make but not only for Easter. Good for every occasion, it’s fluffy and keeps
its freshness for a long time. Strongly recommended when your time for food
preparation is limited.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 eggs
- 1,5 glass of flour
- 0,5 glass of canola oil
- 1,5 tea spoon of baking soda
- 1 glass o sugar
- 1 lemon flavor (or orange)
Pound eggs
with sugar to obtain uniform mixture. Add flour, baking soda and oil, mix it
together and add lemon flavor. Pour the
finished dough to the mould. Bake in 356 F (180oC) 45-50 minutes for
bigger moulds, for smaller cups, the baking should be shorter.
